The majority of the potatoes grown are the Kathadin variety.
The potatoes are planted in the spring normally between early to mid April and harvested in the fall sometime between the end of September and the beginning of October. Potatoes are ready to be sold in October each year until the end of March of the following calendar year when the crop is sold out for the season. The product is available for both retail and wholesale sales at their farm in Cochranville, and includes: 

• U.S. Grade A # 1 round white potatoes available in
  5 lb, 10 lb, 20 lb and 50 lb pound bags.
• U.S. # 1 Chef  (jumbo) round white potatoes available in 20 lb and 50 lb pound bags.
• Unclassified - # 2 available in 20 lb and 50 lb bags.
